The apartment was quite comfortable and very clean with plenty of room for 2 people to spread out and have their own space. It has most of the amenities available to cook including a good selection of spices. The WIFI works exceptionally well. They have a fish cleaning station set up with a table and a hose with a spray nozzle. The Houseman access to the White River is a 1 minute walk from the apartment where there is a public boat ramp and plenty of room to fish off of the bank. We were able to rent a river boat at Riverview Resort, which is only about 5 minutes away. The Dam is about 10 minutes away and it's about 20 minutes to Starkey Marina, where you can get good pizza during the summer months. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we will bring a boat, as the Houseman area was deep enough to launch a good sized fishing boat.

We had a little trouble with the number lock outside of the door as we couldn’t open it to get the key. However, management was able to come over in reasonable time with a spare key after she confirmed the lockbox was indeed stuck. Communication was outstanding throughout the days and the house is absolutely clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
