With a short drive through Sylvan Shores you will find a public launch and at the end of Mundell Rd. at Starkey Marina you may also launch or rent boats, picnic and hike in the parks around the lake, just 2 miles farther on Mundell Rd. There may be day use fees associated with Corp of Engineer Parks and Recreation Areas. A 15 min drive will take you to Eureka Springs and many area restaurants and shops. Your health and safety are a priority with local volunteer fire and EMTs just minutes away. The owners' home is just steps away from this separate living space.
