This open floor plan studio cottage sits next to Leatherwood Creek in a quiet and private setting among many trees and beautiful stone bluffs. It's so wonderful to relax on the front porch or lay in the hammock and listen to the babbling brook or you can relax on the back deck next to the bluffs. The decore inside gives you a sense of home, cozy and comfy. The living room offers a full couch, two chairs, a coffee table and a 50" LCD flat screen TV. You have fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking needs provided and a large dining table that seats 4. There is full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The queen bed is a trifold 6" foam mattress that can be laid out on the floor. Great for kids!!!!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Very nice space for a quiet couple of days. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made me more comfortable would be to have blinds/shades to pull on the front door and sidelights because can see right in at night. Although there is no house directly across from us, it would be better to have that option for privacy.

Eureka Springs Reunion

Met up with family in Eureka Springs. One of our favorite vacation spots for over 30 years. The house was in the perfect location, close to town but ver quiet and private. House was beautiful, clean and well furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs! Location was perfect, pretty quiet and not too from town. The house was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the Keurig and coffee! We were not successful when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi (even using the host’s instructions), but it wasn’t too big of a deal since we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house besides sleeping at showering. There was a hole in the decorative pillow on the bed and a hole in the blanket on the couch. We were excited to have a private patio to hang out on in the evenings, but unfortunately didn’t use it because it looed like it hadn’t been swept in awhile. Just minor things but would definitely recommend this place to others!

Cozy Cottage

We came to hike and kayak, needed a pet friendly place as we travel with our dog. This little cottage was very well maintained, adorably decorated and quiet. Although it is on a quiet little side road it was really peaceful and you feel secluded, yet are close to town. We would stay again!

Property is absolutely gorgeous! Quiet and serene. The trickling of the brooke is relaxing. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. Owner was excellent and super nice. When we arrived the power was out due to a tree that had fallen and he came right over to inform us. I lost my mother's ring while we were there. I have messaged him to see if he can send it to me. Praying I hear from him.

Cozy cottage

Nice, quaint place to stay. Tucked away just outside of downtown, but within walking distance. Get up early and enjoy coffee on the porch and experience all the wildlife. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Eureka Springs.
