Bed was hard pillows were hard the water wasn't hot no coffee when I got up everything was done through a kiosk and Camera nobody at the front desk they charged me $100 deposit for a cleaning fee and I never got my $100 back

There was nobody in the office. It was self serve with a weird computer check in system. I arrived at 3:00 and left at 9 a.m. I was in and out multiple times and never saw anyone working there. This made me uncomfortable enough that I most likely won’t stay there again.

Pay the extra money to stay else were. Rooms smelled terrible we got non smoking it smelled like a combination of cigarettes and musty smell. Awful! There check in system was terrible and the person that helped over the camara was hard to understand. Don't stay here!

The room was in total disrepair. The floors and state of the room was filthy. The shower had black mold and was not sanitary. The front desk person was not personable or engaging. There were continuous fireworks going off in the parking area around my room. I left this property to go find another clean and peaceful room.

It was simple for us. 2 adults and a baby. Of course it’sa motel. So surrounding area is whatever but has some gas stations and fast food. So that helped get is ready for our multi day trip to the redwood parks. It’s a good location depending on what you are doing. Plus eureka is right by. Checked in super late so check in was virtual and card didn’t work last day so had to get a new card. Virtual front desk. But it was easy. It was good got our trip. But now that I no know what to expect with the surrounding area. Might stay somewhere different. But was happy with what we needed for our trip.

Its a nice motel, quiet, clean, pet friendly of course. I used to live over in this area in some apartments behind the small shopping center next to it and I feel its pretty safe. They have cameras installed around the motel though for guests peace of mind. Its got restaurants And Jitter Bean right across the street super convenient.. warm place to stay for a night or 2. Alao the shower handle fell off while turning it one and they were very nice about it and offered a change of room immediately and offered it in the room right next door. Its a welcoming place.

This hotel is featuring the “live agent” kiosk. Which is mildly unnerving. The gal on the screen was great and there was a guy in the back room Of the office (in case of emergency?) but he didn’t DO anything. Seems like a weird situation to find a “live agent” in. The hotel was fine. Limited parking but clean enough and the shower worked. I even liked this shower.

Not worth the money. Sketchy people lurking in the parking lot. Noisy other patrons. The shower sucks. It’s basically an RV-size shower. When I asked for a room with a bathtub they said they had no rooms with bathtubs. They tried to charge me $123 to extend my stay 1 night. I said no thank you, I’m going elsewhere. The virtual front desk clerk was very polite and professional. The bathroom floor was not clean when I first arrived, black hairs and grime along the baseboards. I
