Great staff, nice breakfast but the hotel waffles weren’t great, pet room smelled of urine and mildew but staff took off $30 pet fee though still wouldn’t stay again, lots of homeless in area
room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very goo. The breakfaast worker, Silva, was amazing. She was happy, friendly and very nice. She made breakfat fun.
Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was in fairly good shape. I loved the coffee/tea bar in the lobby.
There were roaches everywhere and homeless people hanging out in the parking lot rummaging for food.

Staff was fine but not remarkable, there’s a bar next door that seemed to have an interesting crowd, the room looked clean but everything looked old and maybe in need of some updates (holes in the curtains as an example)
I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving late. We got to the hotel about 10PM. We checked in at the office, got our room keys, unloaded our car and went to the room. We opened the door and took our luggage in the room. The room #108 was awful!! It was on the bottom floor, way over in the corner of the hotel, dark and very musty smelling. It was a dog friendly room. The bathroom door was all scratched up and the bathroom fan sounded like there was a helicopter in the room. The lights over the sink area were very dim and the walls were dark colors. We are 3-80 year old ladies and just didn't have the energy to go back to the office and have to move our luggage again. The next morning we went back to the office and made sure that we got another room. It took and hour or so for them to find us another room. The room we moved to was very nice. It looked like the rooms we saw online and thought we were going to get originally. The lady in the office (Tasha?)was really nice and very helpful. She's not the one that gave us the awful room the night before. I feel that we should get a refund for the terrible room we had the first night. We had such a relaxing stay! The highlight of our room was definitely the oversized jacuzzi tub—it felt like having our own private spa. The tub was spotless, easy to use, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back—highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort and a touch of luxury!
This is a nice hotel. Clean and beachy. It’s not updated if that is what you are looking for. It is close to the water where you can see an amazing sunset.
