Heating was important on this trip as I was on my motorcycle and as ever it worked well. Reception staff lovely as ever. Only gripe was I was leaving at 7am and breakfast was not available and nobody was on reception so I had to leave my room key by the door. Overall excellent value for money

Accueil on ne peut plus froid et malhonnête. On veut me facturer en double ce que j'avais déjà payé et ce, avec un aplomb qui vous fait douter. Et quand la dame s'est rendue compte que j'avais déjà payé le petit-déjeuner, pas un mot d'excuse mais "ah je vois petit déjeuner inclus donc il n'y aura que la taxe de séjour à régler". Et "pardon", "excusez-moi pour l'erreur" ne seraient-ils pas du vocabulaire utile et adapté dans ces situations ? La chambre est au rdc mais avec l'impression d'être au sous-sol avec vis-a-vis direct... impossible de ne pas fermer les volets...

L’hôtel était sale, la poubelle sans commentaire c’est dégoûtant… le miroir de la salle de bain était taché de maquillage, les joints sales… On entend les portes claquées + les gens des chambres à côté. Chambre extrèmement mal isolé, l'impression réelle d'être avec mon voisin de chambre dans la meme piece. Une porte sans isolation séparer les deux chambres, naturellement le moindre soupir se laisse entendre d'une chambre à l'autre. un peu malsaint comme ambiance.
