No parties, smoking or drugs of any kind. No more than 12 guests. If Screens are removed on any windows there will be a $100 fine per window!
Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. A noise monitor is located outside and will monitor excessive noise during quiet hours. This is a family neighborhood
The grill needs to be cleaned before check out. If it is not, my housekeeper charges $50 for an additional deep clean which will be charged to you.
