Inside, the suite comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa. The king and queen bed share a spacious room with a divider — making it ideal for couples, small families, friends, or game-day groups. Enjoy luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar with both drip coffee and Nespresso, and a cozy living area with an electric fireplace and smart TV.



Outside, your private patio creates a true hidden retreat, complete with a grill, fire table, extra seating, and the relaxing sound of a mini waterfall—perfect after a day exploring Eugene. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, no outdoor music, loud conversations or other noise audible from neighboring properties is permitted. Cameras or monitors? Exterior camera at the front and back door for guest safety. Nothing inside the home.



Before arrival, you'll get a short concierge check-in: a quick identity verification link (keeps everyone in the home safe) and a full digital house manual so you know exactly where everything is the moment you walk in.



Security Deposit: There is a $300 deposit hold that will be put on the card used to reserve the home. This will be released a few days after the stay, unless there is some issue in the home caused during the stay that requires repayment. Ex: breakages and stains.
