The room was spotless! The beds were comfy & they had good pillows & nice towels. We did find the room quite dark, however. Even with all of the lights on--it was very dark & difficult to see--even during daylight hours. I'd like to see some better/brighter lighting in there. And the TV signal went out on a few channels. Of course--on the channel we were watching. It wasn't the end of the world--but a little frustrating. Overall no serious complaints... we would stay again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to shopping and university was 10 minutes away. Only thing I have 3 stars for breakfast because my daughter and I went down at 9:30(closes at 10),and there was only bagels, cold cereal and yogurt left.

I love the clean rooms and how big they are for a good price. I liked the service up front, expect when i sent my husband down to the car to get something and they lady at the front desk, who checked us in and saw us together, gave him an attitude asking him if he stayed here and after handing her the key card and telling her what room number we are staying in, she tells him theres one here under that reservation. He had to call me, i understand being safe and doing your job, but there was no reason to be rude to anyone.
