Room came with fridge, 2 burners and a microwave price was too high 450 dollars for 7 days Room service was terrible the maids were rude and unprofessional Laundry mat room was not fully funational a washer was out of service and both washer and dryer prices were to jight4

Beds were fair and felt clean..mostly felt clean, but some wall areas could be cleaned er .. Bsthroom needs a little renovation. No coffee maker, no ice😨 Couple fighting at night was noisy. It wasn’t the worst and def not the best .. I wouldn’t go back if I could help it.

Wrong keys given for the room. Trash in the hallways and all around the building. No trash can or hairdryer in the room. Refrigerator dented, stove top rusted, needs paint, everything outdated and floor boards in the bathroom dirty. No fan in the bathroom so probably mold.Tiny TV. Really loud heater.

DO NOT STAY HERE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND DISGUSTING. The room was filthy. The floors clearly have never been swept or mopped. There was no toilet paper besides the empty rolls under the vanity. Pretty sure there was actual feces on the way and part of the bathroom entry way. Smoke alarm was busted and wouldn’t stop beeping. NO HANDSOAP

Not a very clean room, clearly a hotel with many long term stays, but that's not really a secret. No trash can in the room, fruit flies all over, dresser drawers would not stay closed, no shampoo in the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly though. You get what you pay for.

The hotel called 3 hours before check in and told us that they cancelled our rooms because they were overbooked and we hadn’t prepaid for our rooms. “ “Hi Terry I'm going to hometown Studios in Eugene Oregon I'm calling regarding your reservations for tonight so unfortunately we would have to cancel our reservation for your charge due to not having the availability so the card was not charged you shouldn't be expecting any charges on that card if you have any questions or concerns feel free to call us back thank you…”
