Wonderful place. With a great location. Will do it again next year. Rooms were very clean, with fresh sheets. Really appreciated separate AC units in each room. Not enough time to enjoy the back yard, mane next time. Thank you again for letting us stay at your house.

It is a beautiful home with all the necessary amenities you could think of. All of our needs were met. It felt like our home away from home as we celebrated our daughter's graduation. Our host was very communicative and attentive. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood

We stayed in Eugene for a week with our two teenagers and my parents. Nate's house was the perfect home base. It was clean, cozy, and such a nice place to relax. Nate was a great host. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastically comfortable

This spot was such a delight to spend a long weekend in, it’s clear that it’s loved and lived in by people. It’s was very well appointed with a stocked kitchen, towels, blankets, etc. the jacuzzi was a dream, the backyard was beautiful, and the overall stay was extremely comfortable and charming. We would totally come back! The only thing (which is clear in the listing) is that we wished there were bigger beds than the doubles in both bedrooms. Our magic wand wish would be to change them all for queens or kings! You would be disappointed staying here :)

A Lovely Home, Close to Everything

We had a beautiful stay. We travelled from Australia and had to work through some logistics before we arrived. Nathan was an excellent communicator, helpful, and extended great kindness. The house has plenty of space, huge character, and was even better than I anticipated. It was lovely! The spa was hot and happily used! The House was clean and supplied very well. A perfect stay for UO family weekend!

Beautiful, Cozy & Perfect Location

We loved our stay! The house is lovely with gorgeous quilts and meticulous craftsmanship. The beds are cozy and the backyard is a nice place to relax. We loved the kitchen nook and the pretty living room. It was a great stay and Nathan was friendly and put out the school house quilt in honor of our son’ graduation. My moms said it was their favorite place they’ve ever stayed with house rental. Thank you Nathan!
