So, the price was right and the site was secure. But the TV did not work and neither did the room phone. The night clerk was clueless about the TV. The manager offered a discount for the inconvenience but Expedia debited my card for the full price. So, I call baloney.

The room was over priced for the minimal amenities. Basic cable with no channel guide. Not happy and will not stay again or recommend this property or chain to others. Actually I would like a refund for half of the price.

Room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Shower curtain rod sags allowing curtain to creep open near the showerhead resulting in water to spray onto bathroom floor. Wi-fi is VERY slow. Parking was difficult due to lack of spaces.

The guy at the front desk was nice. The room was supposed to be pet free because I have allergies and it was absolutely like sleeping in a dog kennel and I couldn’t breathe and saw I eventually just left the room and went back home to Salem.

The room smelled musty. The pictures were very deceiving. For what we paid, it should’ve been nicer. Someone poured coffee all over the front of our car. We were there one night. Would not stay again.
