Room was clean, full size fridge, HVAC worked well. Bathroom vanity could use an update. There was a base on the wall where there used to be a smoke detector. But no smoke detector present the 3 nights I stayed there. Good thing there was not a fire. Hopefully, the other rooms had smoke detectors and hopefully those occupants would have notified me in some manner.

The hotel room was clean and well kept. They do use fabric softener or something scented on their laundry, my husband is allergic so it was a rough night of sleep. The area outside is not great, there were homeless people one parking row away from us going through trash and parked there. We could see this through our window from our room. The area didn't seem very safe.

This was a very expensive stay in an unpopulated, area that provides housing & business needs to newly released prisoners and homeless. The area looks run down and desserted when driving in it and dirty. There were no restaurants except a converted bowling alley cafe and a Mexican restaurant down an unlight area of a mostly deserted mall. The room for $325.00 per night was very clean but sparsly furnished, only one lamp. Clean towels were not offered nor was room attended to. I feel that this rate is theft considering there was no services and you could not enter the office without ringing a bell to be let in and the part of town it was in. Totally misled..and a scam..I would never ever refer anyone to this hotel. Like I said it was very clean but not worth $668.00 for two nights. My bad, I thought the rate was 325 for a total for both nights, I would have never reserved that place being away from any restaurants or stores and a safe area. I was late in making my reservaation and was underpressure. My only other thought is to accuse them of preventing the renting of their rooms from people they thought undesirable and could not afford the rate. There is no excuse for this pricing in an area that does not call for it. I am not ever scheduling a Budget Lodge for overnight stays and definately not in Eugene.
