Downstairs living room: 1 Queen sleeper sofa (new, April 2026)

Upstairs living room: 1 Queen sleeper sofa (new, April 2026)

**Should you need a golf cart to explore, cart rentals are through both Dr. Doo's and Carts of Carlton. Bike rentals through Carlton Cruisers. Limited availability and books quickly especially during the summer months!
