A Special Place

We totally lucked in with finding the Klosterhotel. The hotel is traditional and beautiful in every way, and very reasonably priced for the location. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The kloster complex across the street was a special treat. Our only regret was that we didn’t book for a longer stay.

Breakfast buffet did not provide sufficient variety, especially fruits and vegetables. Restaurant had goof service but dinner was served mildly warm. Staff was friendly but not fluent in German or English. Rooms were good but cold due to the heaters being covered. Wellness was not offered at the scale for the size of the hotel. Fantastic overnight getaway

Delightful charming hotel with very sweet staff. We had a room for three people and it was very spacious and had all the amenities. Nice robe and bath towel for the pool and spa. The hotel is in fantastic condition so I’m wondering if it was nearly updated. The breakfast in the morning was very good and included. The grounds are wonderful and it’s close to nice little shops.
