"La mouette rieuse" : conviviality 2mn from the sea - 48m2 - 6 pers max

Just 2 minutes from the beach and the town center, this cozy apartment with a private entrance from the street is spread over two floors and offers 48m² of space. It sleeps 5 (one 140x190cm sofa bed + one 140x200cm double bed + three 90x190cm single beds) to accommodate up to 6 guests. A high chair and travel cot are available on site free of charge.

A supermarket is 10 meters away, and you can quickly walk to all shops and essential services (bakery, restaurants, tourist office, pharmacy, doctor, etc.) and all tourist attractions, including the famous cliffs and the Étretat Gardens.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and is composed as follows, see listing photos:
1. An entrance hall with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer) and a staircase;
2-A 1st floor with:
*A living-dining room (sofa bed + coffee table + flat-screen TV + table + 6 chairs);
*A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and toaster);
*A separate bathroom (shower, sink, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and toilet).
3-A 2nd floor with:
*A bedroom (double bed, chest of drawers);
*A bedroom (three single beds, coffee table);
*A dressing room/storage area;
*A separate toilet.

Pillows, sheets, duvets, shower towels (one per person, approximately 70x140), and a tea towel are provided on site, as well as salt and pepper, oil, sugar, tea, ground coffee with filters, hand soap, dish soap, shower gel, and toilet paper.

Gas heating is controlled remotely and via the radiator valves.

Access is secured by a key box for independent check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. We can adjust these times the day before your arrival. Depending on upcoming availability and the cleaning time required, please contact us if necessary.
