"La maison du pêcheur" : space 2mn from the sea - 58m2 - 6 pers max

Just 2 minutes from the beach and the town center, this spacious apartment, directly accessible via a small outdoor courtyard, is spread over two levels and offers 3 beds (2 double beds measuring 140x200 cm + 1 sofa bed measuring 140x190 cm) to accommodate up to 6 guests. A high chair and travel cot are available on site free of charge.

A supermarket is 10 meters away, and you can quickly walk to all shops and essential services (bakery, restaurants, tourist office, pharmacy, doctor, etc.) and all tourist attractions, including the famous cliffs and the Jardins d'Étretat.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and is composed as follows, see listing photos:
1. An outdoor courtyard for you (with a right of way for the neighbors who live behind it). 2-A ground floor with:
*A dining area and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator + oven + induction hob + extractor hood + microwave + kettle + filter coffee machine + toaster + dining table + 6 chairs + washing machine);
*A living room (sofa bed + chaise longue + coffee table + bookcase and books + TV stand and flat-screen TV + board games + 2 chairs);
*A bathroom (shower + sink + hairdryer + clothes rack + iron and ironing board);
*A separate toilet.
3-An upper floor with a landing and two bedrooms (each with a double bed + wardrobe or chest of drawers).

Pillows, sheets, duvets, shower towels (1 per person, approximately 70x140) and a tea towel are provided on site, as well as salt/pepper, oil, sugar, tea, ground coffee with filters, hand soap, dish soap, shower gel, and toilet paper.

Access is secured by a key box, allowing for self-check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM. We can adjust these times based on availability and the cleaning time required. Please contact us the day before your arrival if necessary.
