Family Trip Great Hotel

We had two rooms on two floors for our family if 5. It was perfect. The location can’t be beat- we were able to hike all morning and then stop in to shower before walking to the shops and dinner.

Great hotel

I love that little hotel. It was a bit time- worn and the rooms were tiny, but it was so charming and it's in the best location. Amazing, friendly service too. I would definitely stay there again! Great restaurant across the street as well.

This property is only steps away from the beach and the walkways into both directions of the fallaises. It is opposite a gorgeous medieval house with a good restaurant and other dining options around. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast met our expectations.

Overpriced shabby hotel with rude service

The hotel is clean but pretty shabby. Outdated rusted plumbing in the bathroom and rude staff. Supposedly they have free parking for guests. We arrived late at night so had to park on the street. Upon early checkout I asked if we could re park or car in their free garage at least until checkout time. The response was that since we just checked out, we could not use their parking garage. Then I suggested that we change our check out time until it was due, and then the person said that they don’t have any space in their parking garage. So, I guess they do have parking for guests, but not for all guests at any rate.

L’hĂŽtel a vraiment besoin d’une modernisation ! DĂ©co d’un autre temps, propretĂ© alĂ©atoire, absence de pression dans la douche et impossibilitĂ© de tenir une tempĂ©rature constante. Les serviettes ne doivent certainement pas ĂȘtre lavĂ©es Ă  haute tempĂ©rature car, une fois mouillĂ©e, elles sentent. PortĂ© de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas, une fenĂȘtre sur deux possible Ă  ouvrir. La literie Ă©tait bonne en revanche. Nous n’avons pas testĂ© le petit dĂ©jeuner. Accueil plutĂŽt agrĂ©able, L’emplacement est bon en plein centre, Ă  deux pas du front de mer. En rĂ©sumĂ©, hĂŽtel qui A fait l’affaire pour les qlq heures de sommeil en cette soirĂ©e du nouvel an mais je ne recommande pas pour un sĂ©jour plus qualitatif.

Hotel is wat ouderwets maar de bedden liggen comfortabel. Er zijn op loopafstand van het hotel verschillende soorten restaurants. In het hoogseizoen zijn er heel veel toeristen waardoor er weinig parkings beschikbaar zijn. Gelukkig biedt het hotel garageboxen aan tegen een vergoeding.

SĂ©jour de 2 nuits vraiment dĂ©cevant. Chambre sale dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e (poussiĂšre, cheveux, capsules, lavabo bouchĂ©), mĂ©nage non fait le 2e jour, serviettes Ă  aller chercher soi-mĂȘme. Place de parking rĂ©servĂ©e pour deux nuits, mais relouĂ©e Ă  une autre personne le 2e soir. Et aucune vraie rĂ©ponse de la part du personnel, juste « C’est les filles
 ». Aucun sens des responsabilitĂ©s, aucune organisation. C’est dommage, car l’emplacement est excellent. Mais le service est totalement Ă  revoir. Je suis sympa je ne met pas les photos.

TrĂšs bien accueillie par l’hĂŽtesse. Chambre trĂšs petite avec prĂ©sence de moisissures sur les rideaux ainsi que sur les parois de douche. PrĂ©sence d’une fuite d’eau au niveau du bac Ă  douche. La chambre n’est pas isolĂ©e, nous pouvons participer aux discussions voisines de notre propre chambre. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© dĂ©rangĂ©s Ă  plusieurs reprises, par le claquement de portes des voisins. Non, pas de leur faute mais celle des portes que l’on ne peux retenir. Agent trĂšs aimable et serviable d’un accueil trĂšs chaleureux. La matiĂšre des draps de lits ainsi que celle des serviettes apportes un confort maximal. L’emplacement est idĂ©al pour visiter les falaises. Gros coup de cƓur pour l’emplacement ainsi que le confort du lit aprĂšs une bonne journĂ©e de marche. Avec le sourire de l’hĂŽtesse en prime en arrivant.
