The accommodation: This 150 m² house extends over three floors, offering space and comfort. First floor: Enter a large, comfortable living room, furnished with armchairs and sofas. French doors open onto a private 25 m² terrace, surrounded by greenery, including laurel and bamboo. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, with a table and six chairs, sun loungers for relaxing, and a barbecue for grilling enthusiasts. In winter, a pellet stove pleasantly heats the room (and the entire house) while creating a wonderful ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave. The kitchen connects to a dining area that seats up to six people. A separate toilet is also located on this level. First floor: The first floor has two large, quiet bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, while the other offers two single beds. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this floor. Second floor: The top floor offers a large master suite with a double bed, a sitting/office area, and a private bathroom including a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Guest access: You will have access to the entire house, including the terrace, for a private and comfortable stay. An extra mattress with sheets, duvet, cover, and pillow can be provided for a seventh guest; this set will be made available in the desired room, upon agreement. Two private parking spaces are available for your convenience.
