The house was a bit dated but was ideal for the 13 of us who stayed for the week. Ideal for location & going to other places. Overall a very good place to stay for those who like the beeches, cycling, water sports & just relaxing. The scenery was beautiful.

I knew Etel from year, so no doubt about the location quite central and close to the sailing club / water. The house is a great family house where you feel "at home" : ideal to host several generation, with plenty of space, games (incl. indoor ping pong) a big dining room, a big dorm under the roof for kids, sunny south terrasse, big TV, big fridge, big garden, etc... well suited with 10pers.Bathrooms are a little bit old fashion (as per photo) yet very fonctionnal.Bed could be also improved (size and quality)We had a wonderfull stay in Pradic house and recommand it for family and/or friends.Very fluent and easy communication with the host, Manon.Philippe
