This absolutely beautiful and spacious condo was completed in June 2008 and Remodeled in Feb 2020 and is located on the River in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Don't try to squeeze your family into 600 or 700 SQ FT. This quiet building has only a few residences with businesses below. New hickory floor, new sectional couch and decor in Feb 2020. Brand new mattress in master as of October 2019. There is a coffeehouse, an art gallery, an antique store and others just downstairs while there are several restaurants and additional shopping all within walking distance. The visitor center with FREE shuttles to RMNP is a short walk. The shuttle bus will allow you to avoid the hassles of trying to find a place to park. You will also enjoy easy access to Lake Estes, bike trails and shopping also all within easy walking distance which means after you place the town provided parking pass in your car you can just leave it sit for several days if you wish. Condo has wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains and the deck overlooks the Big Thompson river below. At 1400 Sq Ft you wont be squeezed in like in so many of the other Estes Park condo or cabin properties. Get more for your money! You can fish, bike, or run the trails literally right outside the door. All new comfortable furniture, fireplace. high definition 42' flat screen TV, Air Conditioning and in unit laundry make relaxing in the condo easy after a day of exploring the Mountains. This is THE NICEST condo in downtown Estes Park. You will love staying here but don't take my word on that read the reviews. If staying cool is important you will find that there are not many units in Estes with A/C and while its not used for much of the year, between June and early Sept it is appreciated.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.

If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
This smoke-free condo features wheelchair access, books, and a tennis court on site. Amenities and recreational activities include games, a video library, and snowboarding nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! This listing is better than described. Extremely clean. Location is great for walking around downtown. Close to everything. Despite being right over the Main Street, it was quiet. The linens and towels were high quality and smelled fresh and clean. There were plenty of towels for all of us. The unit was absolutely enormous, with ample closet space, luggage racks, and dressers to store clothes. Many thoughtful details were included: a high chair and board games in the closet, ziploc bags and Saran Wrap in the kitchen, etc. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again.The only negative was that the unit is in a building with public access, right at the top of the stairs. Anyone could wander into the building.

Absolutely the best location. We mostly walked or took the trolley to the downtown and nearby events. The place was beautiful and we felt badly that we didn’t spend much time inside, so we sat on the deck for an hour one afternoon to enjoy the River. It was perfect!

Once we figured out parking we loved it! It was spacious and has a beautiful view of a stream from the master bedroom. It even came with a high chair for our little one. We would recommend this to others.
