Great spot for a family and so close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. Relaxing balcony with great views and river access. Well stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Fun games for winding down after a day of hiking. Only complaint- towels smelled weird.
