Bierhaus Cabin - Walk to RMNP, River Access! A/C.

Permit #20-NCD0169

Welcome to Bierhaus Cabin — where the whole family can unplug, explore, and make memories together. Step onto the deck and listen to the Big Thompson River, watch elk graze the meadow from your morning coffee, or take a half-mile stroll straight into Rocky Mountain National Park. The location of the cabin is one of its best points! Very close to Estes Park without the traffic and crowds. Bierhaus Cabin sits on the edge of Moraine Park, one of RMNP's best wildlife-viewing spots, so the "wow" moments start before you've even left the driveway.

A Cabin Built for Family Trips:

-Upstairs "kids' room" with two twin beds, a full-size crib, and mountain-themed stuffed animals
-Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the kids' room to the second bedroom — easy mornings, not chaos
-Highchair and toddler-friendly dishes already in the kitchen — one less thing to pack
-Games, puzzles, a large gas fireplace, and streaming TV for cozy nights in
-Main-floor primary bedroom with king bed and full private bath — a real retreat for parents
-Estes Park is one of Parents Magazine's top 7 "Best Family Vacation" destinations
-Dedicated remote workspace upstairs, in case someone needs to check email

Wildlife Watching Kids Will Never Forget:

-Regular sightings of elk, deer, and wild turkeys right from the cabin
-Occasional moose, bobcat and bear sightings from a safe distance
-The walk toward Moraine Park often turns into an impromptu elk-spotting hike
-For safety: please don't feed wildlife or leave food on the deck or in vehicles; keep main-floor windows closed since bears are active in the area

Prime Location, Zero Hassle:

-Half-mile hike or 2-mile drive to the Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance
-3.5 miles to downtown Estes Park for dining and shopping
-Same side of Estes Park as the main park entrance — skip the peak-season traffic
-Free RMNP shuttle access near Moraine Park — no hunting for parking with tired kids in tow
-Fishing access, picnic spots, and a playground along the Big Thompson River, all within view of the cabin

Everything a Family Needs, Already Here:

-Fully stocked kitchen: electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Crock Pot, electric grill, coffee maker/Keurig
-Modern washer and dryer — pack light and re-wear those hiking clothes
-Deck with rocking chairs, a table for four, and a BBQ grill for easy outdoor family meals
-Garage plus driveway parking for 2 cars

House Rules (Aspen Brook HOA):

-No smoking anywhere on the property
-No RVs, motorcycles, or trailers
-Quiet hours 9pm–8am
-No pets
-Peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood — please be respectful of that

Great stay in Estes

Great cabin in Estes. You can hear the big Thompson from the porch and have a playground right across the road. I loved the feel of being in the woods but yet still close to everything!

Great stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great river access and a park for young ones. Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Greg, the owner, was probably the most accessible and responsive host I have experienced.

The perfect spot for a young family

Our young family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to RMNP and the sense of remoteness was perfect for the adults, and the playground and convenience to town was perfect for the little ones. The house was homey and yet spotless. We will definitely return!

The Bierhaus cabin worked great for our family. Grandma & Grandpa in the main floor spacious bedroom, parents upstairs sharing a bathroom with our grandkids (ages 3 & 5). We loved the quiet neighborhood near the river and a playground. The location was great; we didn't have to battle the traffic and parking in town unless we wanted to (although getting to the grocery store was a pain). Wonderful visit in the Rocky Mountains!

A wonderful stay

Hands down, the best cabin we’ve stayed in as a family in Estes. The layout was just right for the three of us to share and still have our own space. All the facilities were top-notch and in perfect shape. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening to enjoy the sound of the river and the occasional family of deer. We were incredibly comfortable during our entire stay and look forward to staying here again soon!

Great Estes Park Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was five minutes from the entrance to RMNP. It was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Communication was great and we would absolutely stay here again. We even had an elk graze across the street for about an hour our second night. Great house!

Staying at Bierhaus for the first time was a wonderful experience! Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. We loved the bedrooms and the entire space! The showers were wonderful too! It made our trip very easy and we loved the location so close to the RMNP entrance and so close to shopping! Thanks for a wonderful stay and life-long memories made!

Amazing cabin!

The cabin was so amazing! Plenty of room for all guests (we were a family of 4, and had more than enough room). The connectivity between the upstairs kids room (with 2 single beds) and the adult room (with 1 king bed) was very convenient and comforting for our kids. The living room with fireplace was very cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic cabin in Estes Park

We stayed at the Bierhaus Cabin Dec. 19-29th to celebrate the holidays with our family. We had an amazing time exploring RMNP, Bear Lake, Moraine Park, and Estes Village shops. The scenery is unbeatable! The cozy neighborhood the cabin is nestled in was perfect for our activities. The cabin was very well stocked with all the necessities! So many happy memories were made! We will be back again!

Location, Location, Location!

I had a great two week stay at Bierhaus. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was clean, a quiet area to stay and close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Many household items were provided which was greatly appreciated when staying for a two week period. My grandkids enjoyed the playground and being close to the Big Thompson River. I highly recommend staying here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great House, Perfect Location!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this perfect house in the perfect location. Getting into Rocky Mt National Park and the very sweet town of Estes Park was so quick and easy. The furniture and beds were especially comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck. As we sat there, Deer and Turkey scooted by! It was delightful hearing the stream across the road and strolling to the stream for a peaceful moment sitting in the comfy chairs.g(

Lovely and relaxing

We truly enjoyed staying at Bierhaus! The cabin was the perfect size for our party of 3 adults and 2 kids. Everything was clean and well cared for. It felt luxurious without the added price. The owners were responsive and everything was as advertised. RMNP was a short drive. I would also recommend walking the short distance to The Spice Rack coffee shop. Their blueberry lemon scone was to die for. If we make it to Estes again, we will definitely be staying here!
