Welcome to your mountain sanctuary! Nestled on a private, heavily forested acre at the base of Old Man Mountain, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. We are located directly on the walking/bike path—just a 0.5-mile walk to downtown and a 3-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Lovely home with plenty of space to spread out for all travelers. Loved coffee on the quiet front porch and having a nice grill to make dinner! Even a large yard /hill area to explore a bit. Kitchen has everything you may need/want. Lots of spices. Bedrooms and baths well appointed with extra blankets, toiletries, towels. Enjoyed the game room on a rainy evening. Appreciated having hiking poles and lightweight day pack for the park as well as shopping bags for groceries. Nice touches.Leah was very easy to reach when we had questions. Very close to Fall River Entrance to RMNP; easy access to Beaver Meadows entrance and Estes Park trolley. We would be happy to stay here again!
