Open floor-plan with high end finishes throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Large living area with flat screen TV. French doors open to he Italian style front balconette, and sliding doors from the living and primary suite provide access to the covered balcony with seating.
The primary suite features a king size bed and TV. His and her sink and a separate tub and shower in the primary bathroom. The second suite is equipped with a full size bed and TV, and an additional full size Murphy bed is located in the den for the occasional guest.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. Wi-Fi included. Two assigned parking spots in the Residences garage.
