🚭 Smoke-free zone: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
🤫 Peace & Quiet: We refrain from parties and loud celebrations out of respect for our neighbors.
🥩 BBQ: Grilling is unfortunately not allowed within the complex.
🐾 Pets: Although we love animals, our apartment is allergy-friendly and therefore pet-free.
Safety & Trust:
🔒 As we value a relaxed rental relationship, we use the official Vrbo property damage protection (€500). Your advantage: No money is debited from your account. The system simply authorizes the amount in the background, similar to a hotel reservation. This keeps your travel budget untouched, and there is no need to bring a cash deposit.
