Inside, you'll find modern comforts designed for a perfect stay. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, plus electric barbecue and al-fresco dining area make eating-in a pleasure. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king-sized double bed, and two bathrooms.



Within the Oasis 325 community, guests have access to a range of resort-style amenities, including two outdoor pools, one specially designed for children, and a heated indoor pool and spa - featuring a Turkish steam room and sauna- offer the perfect way to unwind. There´s a new, fully-equipped gym, and for remote workers, the coworking space provides a quiet and productive environment. There is also an underground parking space directly beneath the apartment making coming and going hassle-free!



The location is ideal for exploring Estepona and beyond. Nearby attractions include La Resina Golf & Country Club, a picturesque 9-hole course surrounded by tropical gardens and lakes, and the Unicorn Racket Club, offering padel courts, yoga classes, a gym, and an on-site restaurant. For adventure seekers and families, Selwo Aventura, just five minutes away, is home to over 2,000 animals, including lions, elephants, and red pandas.



Estepona town, with it´s Centro Historico, countless tapas bars and restarants to discover, and beautiful beaches, is only a 10 minute drive away, while Marbella and Puerto Banus offer nightlife and upscale dining options just fifteen minutes to the east.

For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.
