Luxury apartment with a large private garden and ocean views

This stylish accommodation guarantees a wonderful stay. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a private garden with panoramic views of Estepona and the sea. It has access to the complex’s swimming pool. The apartment features luxurious furnishings, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a garden with sun loungers, a terrace with lounge furniture, and a dining table where you can enjoy the view and the setting sun.

A crib with linens, a stroller, dishes, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided (free of charge)!
The area
The apartment is located near several golf courses and a new sports complex featuring padel courts, a gym, and a wellness center.

The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine for a good cup of coffee on the terrace. The complex is very well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. It has also recently been completely renovated.

The bedrooms have comfortable (brand-new) beds and large closets. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which has a bathtub.
The master bedroom opens onto the terrace, which borders the property’s private garden, and there are lounge chairs available. From the garden, there’s a beautiful view of Estepona and the sea.

The living room features a large dining table with comfortable chairs, a cozy sofa, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking (even elaborate meals) is no problem. There is plenty of tableware, wine glasses for enjoying a nice glass of wine, and even champagne glasses for a glass of bubbly every now and then!

We’ve also thought of the (little) kids: there’s a crib, a high chair, a changing pad, and children’s tableware. You can also use the (new) stroller, which is suitable for children from 6 months to 15 kilograms. This is available for use free of charge.

The entire apartment is accessible to guests and is located on the first floor.
Other things to note
The apartment is located in a complex with a swimming pool, which may only be used by guests of the complex. Please note that the pool is open from May 1 to November 1.
