Gite Climatisé les Lauriers

Our stone house, air-conditioned, is located in a quiet village of the Auxois, at the gates of the Morvan.
It is located 5 minutes from the A6 and A38 motorway exits, without noise disturbance

It is composed of a first floor with a large air-conditioned living room:

- In the living room you can relax in our sofa bed with chaise longue, while enjoying the games / reading area or the television (WIFI, orange TV box)

- On the kitchen side, you will have the opportunity to cook like at home!
You will find in this space a central island with plenty of storage space and all the necessary equipment for cooking, as well as electric hobs and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
Wine glasses are waiting for you to taste our good Burgundy wines

- a toilet

- a washing machine under the stairs

From our living room you will have access to both the closed space on the garden side and the courtyard on the street side.

The 1st floor is composed of:

- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 on the courtyard side and 1 on the garden side) with 160 x 200 cm beds, a spacious dressing room and a television in the bedroom on the courtyard side and a shelf in the bedroom on the garden side

- a bathroom with a vanity unit (storage available with storage baskets), an electric towel dryer and a spacious shower.

- a toilet

Outside you can enjoy an enclosed ground, not overlooked, with a garden furniture table / parasol and a gas plancha.

The house is non-smoking, you will find ashtrays outside.

We do not allow noisy parties, out of respect for the neighborhood and no additional guests in the rental (compared to the initial booking)
