Beautifully Decorated, 2-bdrm Condo Close to Burlington and Skiing

Located in Essex Town, the accommodation is in a peaceful location that is surrounded by nature! It is nestled on the edge of a wooded area with green space surrounding all sides. With views of Camels Hump, the road on which the condo is located is perfect for walking, biking, or running. Conveniently located away from the city, the condo is peaceful and safe and is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Burlington and 34 minutes to ski resorts. Enjoy the back deck full of birds singing in the morning or a peaceful evening with only the chorus of insects and the silence of night. Indian Brook Park, with walking trails and a lake, is only a 5-minute drive from the condo (includes access pass). Chapin Orchard is 2 minutes up the road. Pick apples during fall foliage!

The living space includes 2 upstairs bedrooms (ceiling fans in both and queen beds) with plenty of closet space and a full bathroom. Downstairs includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath. Many detailed upgrades including new paint, original are work from a local artist and antiques. The condo includes two parking spaces, one of which is under a carport (no snow on your car in the morning!). The kitchen offers all utensils, coffeemaker/expresso machine, toaster, oven, glass top stove, microwave, new dishes/silverware and everything you’ll need to feel right at home. The condo includes linens, towels, washcloths.
