Had a wonderful stay here. Even though we had the misfortune to book when thelocal club was having a big event so the where alot of younger people in the hotel making noise. The staff where very helpful and offered to move us to a quieter part of the hotel. This was very much appreciated. Would recommend this hotel for the area.

Great, my room is ready earlier than expected. The lights positions are very pertinents, very helping to have a good sleep. Good idea to have a small shop in the lobby, for emergencies things. And a bar-bistrot to eat and drink something.

Leider nur 1 Handtuch zum duschen für 3 Personen. Bei offenen Fenster zieht der Rauch von unten in das Zimmer. Leider hat niemand bei Abreise wissen wollen ob es was gab. Sonst ein schönes Hotel super zentrale Lage. Parkhaus dabei.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Von Haartrockner bis hin zu Duschgel, Handtücher, Tee/Kaffee, halten die Zimmer das bereit, was man heutzutage als Standard erwarten kann. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Man fühlte sich sofort Willkommen. Frühstück war in Ordnung und man bekommt alles, was man benötigt. Lage des Hotels 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt von der Innenstadt und Fußgängerzone. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind in der zweistöckigen Tiefgarage zum Tagespreis von 15 Euro vorhanden. Und dies ausreichend.

Am besten ist die Lage , weil man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Aber ansonsten das schlechteste Premier Inn. Keine Klima , dass Zimmer war super warm, Matratzen total weich oder durchgelegen. Im Bad funktionierte die Seife und Duschgel nicht. Fernbedienung war auch nicht in Ordnung.

Da wir die Übernachtung mit Besuch im naheliegenden GOP genutzt haben und mit Besuch in Oberhausen war das Hotel für uns topp von der Lage. Das Hotel selbst mit Sauberkeit u Freundlichkeit des Personals war auch topp. Die einzige Beanstandung haben wir bzgl des Zustellbettes, was ein ausklappbarer Sessel gewesen ist. Dieser war so hart, daß wir unsere Kopfkissen als Matratzenaufpolsterung genommen haben.
