17th Century Cottage with Private Pool, Garden, Pets Allowed

The Gîte de La Pouyade (sleeps 10) is located in a renovated 17th-century house. Ground floor: spacious entrance hall, kitchen, living/dining room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room/WC, games room, laundry room, WC. Upstairs: one large bedroom with four single beds (90cm), shower room, WC, and two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm) (one with an en-suite shower room and WC, the other with a bathroom and WC).

Covered and open terraces, private enclosed courtyard, large private garden of 2700 m² with a 4x8m swimming pool (open from mid-June to the end of August), woods. Table tennis, pétanque court, swing.

Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Heating is extra (or €80 for weekend stays at this gîte).

The Bachelor Pad (sleeps 5): This cottage is located on the first floor of a renovated old building, above part of another house. It has its own separate entrance via a 12-step external staircase.

The kitchen opens onto a living room with a lounge area (sofa bed for 2) and a dining area. Five steps lead to the sleeping area: a shower room with WC, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), one of which is a small 8m² bedroom. DVD player.

Private garden of 80m².
Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove (€50/week) and supplementary electric heating.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, potty, toilet seat reducer.
