A spacious and comfortable villa with a huge lawn, located 4 minutes from downtown and a vast riverside promenade that’s perfect for walking or biking, relaxing at one of the many cafés and outdoor seating areas, or even sampling the local cuisine. You can reach the beach on foot in about 15 minutes or by bike in about 5 minutes; alternatively, there’s a small train/shuttle that runs between the city center and the beach.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, whether in winter or summer.
