Once inside on the ground floor you'll discover a spacious foyer, family/games room (with tv and table tennis), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the laundry. Don’t forget to enjoy a barbecue outside in the patio. On the second floor, relax in the open plan dining, family & dreamy kitchen fitted with stone benchtops, breakfast bar and modern appliances. Step outside the glass doors onto the balcony and soak up the sun, enjoy a coffee (or a champagne!) and see if you can spot a whale or dolphin!
