I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I really appreciated how responsive the team was to any requests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

Our first night we found the fridge did not work so asked reception to change it and they did but 6 hours later. They said wait 30 minutes before using it we left for 3 hours but it still didn't work. I found the staff very unhelpful in this matter.

Great location and nice hotel.

Amazing location next to the river and all restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery store and boat ride. Breakfast is simple but they didn't have cornflakes. Parking is in another building and not to access the hotel with a car. Small and nice kids play area at the restaurant.

Well situated next to the river which is lined with cafes and restaurants and a couple of streets away from the main streets for shopping/nightlife. Short tram or taxi ride to the old town. Trade-off of is A bit of street noise. Car parking is in a small underground garage nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Good location and walking distance to almost everything you need fir a relaxing stay. They have recently renovated the building which gives it nicer look, since I was a repeat guest, they put me in a prime room which was facing the river however, rooms are pretty small and there is not even a chair to sit on in your room. I guess convenience wins over other things in this case. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed.

Otopark tam bir rezillikti. Hayatımda böyle bir otopark görmedim. Otelden uzakta hem yıkamacı hem tamirci hem de (sözde) otoparktı. Otopark giriş ve çıkışı hiçbir araç için uyumlu değil 90 derece yokuş sonunda mahsene inmiş gibisiniz. Üstelik anahtarımızı da alıp sorumluluk kabul etmeyeceklerini söylediler. Buraya park etmek istemediğimizi söylediğimizde çevrede başka bir alternatif olmadığınızı söylediler fakat 2 dakika uzaklıkta AVM bulunuyordu. Bunun dışında otel odası aşırı havasız ve sigara kokuyordu. Odayı değiştirdik yine aynıydı. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.
