Delightful stay

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Det Àr ett gold hotell med bÄde bra lÀge och fin utsikt. Bra restauranger och utbud, nÀra till allt. Dock vÀldigt begrÀnsat med parkering, pool ingÄr inte utan kostar 595:-(!) per person, och dessutom ÄldersgrÀns pÄ 18 Är. Ja, kanske nÄgot som ligger pÄ mig att kontrollera, men den tÀnkta familjeresan pÄ hotell med bad och mys uteblev sÄledes. Fanns möjlighet till morgonbad med barn, men fortfarande till samma kostnad för bara 2,5 timmar. Det blir tyvÀrr ett annat hotell nÀsta gÄng för oss.
