Nice hotel a few hundred metres from Eskilstuna rail Station. Very convenient. Rooms are clean & comfortable, but getting a little tired and dated. Nice breakfast in the downstairs bar area each morning. Perhaps a little overpriced for what it is

Tyvärr blev vistelsen en besvikelse. Personalen upplevdes som otrevlig och man kände sig inte särskilt välkommen som gäst. Vi kom lite tidigare än incheckningstiden och trots att vi fått information om att rummen skulle vara redo vid en viss tid, blev vi avvisade utan någon större servicekänsla. När vi frågade om möjligheten att boka relaxavdelningen fick vi bara till svar att det ändå skulle vara mycket folk där, vilket inte kändes särskilt hjälpsamt eller trevligt bemött. Toaletterna på rummen var dessutom väldigt små och inte anpassade för kraftigare personer. Sammantaget levde hotellet inte upp till våra förväntningar och jag skulle rekommendera att boka vistelse på ett annat hotell istället.
