The 61 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation rental, bsak7-14, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. A particular highlight is the covered terrace facing southeast. Here, you can enjoy the morning sun even while having breakfast.
The Location
This modern and bright vacation rental is located on the first floor of Deichhaus 7, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are also within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry between Bensersiel and the car-free island runs several times a day, with the trip taking just under an hour. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (approx. 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.
Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and oven, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cozy seating area. Two separate bedrooms are available. One of them has a double bed and its own flat-screen TV, while the other has two single beds. A crib can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax on the covered terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture for 4 people.
Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, surge showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this amenity will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.
The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.
This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bicycle storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome in this apartment.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in select apartments. However, as a precaution, we’d like to point out that Bensersiel does not have a dog beach, and dogs are also not allowed on the dike.
