The 61 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation apartment, bsak3-21, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. Particularly noteworthy are the two covered balconies, similar to a loggia, facing west and bathed in sunlight. It’s a wonderful place to relax all day long.
The Location
This modern and bright vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Deichhaus 3, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry between Bensersiel and the car-free island runs several times a day and takes just under an hour. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.
Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave with baking function, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cozy sitting area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as an alcove bedroom with two single beds. A crib can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax wonderfully on the two covered balconies, each furnished with garden furniture for 5 people. The balconies are accessible from the living area and the master bedroom.
Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free and unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² pool area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, waterfall showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.
The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.
The Deichhäuser 1 through 4 have shared parking spaces that you can use free of charge, subject to availability. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
