"Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The building itself was absolutely stunning with bags of character. The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. "Well this booking was made on the whole purpose of having a relaxing weekend after running 350km for charity over the past few months. So we booked here for the hot tub and the relevant ease of running a Park Run on the Saturday. After running this Park Run we returned back to the accommodation for our day of in and out of the hot tub. Although this turned out to be turned off so we had an ice bath, not advertised on the website. We then were told that we would get a nights refund for this error. (2 weeks on still waiting). The hosts did bring someone round to fill the hot tub up to enable us to get in which took around 30-40 minutes. But then we discovered the cooker doesn’t work by this time we had had enough and just packed up and went home. My verdict on this accommodation is don’t bother and certainly get anything they offer in writing. "
