The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the building was old, halls & rooms were painfully barren, carpets were dirty, and the bed felt old. The photos made everything look amazing, but our experience didn't match. I'm uncomfortable writing a negative review, but I wouldn't stay here again.

There were beer bottles in the hallway of the hotel for the entire duration of our stay. Breakfast area was dirty and messy even before breakfast times started, and there was no hot water in the entire hotel. They did not have hot water when we checked in, and never mentioned to us. If I knew that. I would have stayed somewhere else.

Stayed for only 1 night but check in was quick and easy. Upon waking up the next morning at 9am housekeeping knocked once and entered into the room and I was undressed, and they knocked again shortly after that again, check out is at 11am. Just because of that probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We couldn't even stay the night because of how dirty the hotel was. We still haven't heard back about getting a refund either. The bathroom was full of black mold, and there was damage to stuff all around the room. We left after 15min and the smell on our clothes from that amount of time was pungent and wouldn't go away. I don't think anyone should be staying here!

When I first checked in the front desk woman acted annoyed that she had to help me. She didn’t smile or even say hello. When she asked for my card for incidentals, she told me my credit card had been declined even though there was an issue with the 3rd party site I booked through, not my card itself. When I got to my room I walked in and noticed that there were dirty towels on the floor and an unmade bed. The room was still dirty from the day before (and I didn’t check in until 730/8pm). When I went to the desk to tell her, she again acted annoyed that she had to get me another room. When I got to second room, it smelled horribly of smoke and air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell, even though it was seemed a “non-smoking” room. The hallways were dingy and dirty, and the rooms and halls smelled of mildew. Even the coffee was Luke warm and weak. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
