Our family had 2 rooms. They were spread apart, which was inconvenient. My room was near a family with a screaming child, which disrupted my sleep multiple times. The man at the front desk staff was rude to me during check-in and as I was getting ready to leave. (Their coffee was at boiling temperature with no way to cool it down. I used a little milk to cool it down, and the man at the front desk barked at me that breakfast was over. Newsflash: In our country, coffee is always available, and a tiny bit of milk after 9am is not "breakfast"!) The air conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave worked. The price was ok for the value, but the man at the front desk should not be interacting with customers at all, ever. This staff person does not have adequate social skills to meet our cultural expectations of decency and courteous respect toward patrons.
