The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms.

We got one of the rooms on the lower floor and it was obviously poorer quality than the photos above. The room was a smokers-beige and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. When we walked into the bathroom, there was long hairs on the floor (we both have short hair) and the blanket they gave us was literally just a sheet. Warning: the car park is very very tiny and scraping your car is likely. The staff is nice and the pool and gym was fantastic

The rooms were clean and the staff on reception were friendly and attentive. The bar staff were rude and demanding and the food in the restaurant was poor. It is buffet style and I'm sure it would be nice if it were warm, but a lot of it was cold from being out too long without proper heat.

Amazing Views and Amenities

Amazing views!! Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views, lounge chairs, and a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout area! Nice big breakfast! Only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the room (The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived), and some of the furniture could be updated. Other than that, it was wonderful!!!

The hotel was easy to find, being right on the main road through Andorra La Vella. The only problem we had was with the parking. There is a small parking area by the front door (only realistically approached coming downhill) for brief use while checking in. Unfortunately someone decided to spend 20 mins in reception causing a backlog onto the main road for several cars. The parking costs €17 per night, which is ok given that parking is at a premium. Once you enter the underground car park things get a bit testing. It was obviously created when cars were much smaller and there is very little room for manoeuvre in what feels like a cave. The room was spacious & clean, perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The hotel clearly caters for many coach parties. The dinner & breakfast are buffet style and a queue forms quickly at ‘opening time’. There is a bit of a scrum for seats & food so it may be best to be first in line or go half an hour later! Overall, the hotel was good but our stay was rather spoiled by anxiety about the parking as we saw a few fresh dents on other cars. On reflection, we would have preferred another hotel further up the hill in another village, with less traffic & open parking.

Parking in the garage can be a challenge due to very varying sizes of the parking lots - it's quite narrow manuevering as well. Nice staff. Somewhat hard to get a good overview of the breakfast - there are many different serving stations. When making the reservation at Hotels.com we thought we were staying in a completely different hotel as the booking site showed pictures from another hotel in Andorra...

Filthy and dodgy hotel. Don't be fooled by photos and reception area. Rooms are very dirty and old. FAMILY & COUPLE don't book this, we booked double bed and got 2 single bed. Receptionist and manager too rude when we ask for change. Once you paid your money gone, they never gonna help. This is not 4 STAR hotel, just fooling people with photos. Highly recommend stay safe elsewhere than wasting your money here.

The hotel has a great location, just a 1 minute walk from the town center and main street and offers a very pleasant view. The leisure area also does its job. However, for a 4 star hotel, there are several points that need attention: The room feels a bit outdated and could use a renovation. In the bathroom, we noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner, which are basic amenities expected at this category. The parking is paid, but highly disappointing. The spaces are extremely tight, with just a few centimeters of clearance from the pillars. The access ramp is spiral shaped, leaving drivers completely blind to oncoming vehicles. There is no staff coordinating the flow of cars in and out, and no signage indicating whether a car is coming down the ramp. On top of that, the parking organization is poor: small cars were occupying large spaces, while the smaller spots sat empty because larger cars couldn't fit. Another disappointing point: there are no bathrobes in the rooms. When heading to the rooftop pool, we were surprised to be charged $5 for a bathrobe, something completely unacceptable at a 4 star hotel. Bottom line: the location and the view save the experience, but the facilities and services need to improve to match the advertised category.

Les chambres sont vielles, l acces aux equipements difficilles (ex : salle de sport - horaire restreint car acces a des externes en priorite), piscine trompeuse (attention aux photos de l annonce qui sont trompeuses en montrant le centre balneo de caldea et faisant croire que c est a l hotel). Le petit dej est pas mal. Le personnel de l hotel est peu serviable. Erreur sur le calcul des taxes de sejour...bref experience tres moyennne et pas du tout a la hauteur d un 4*.

Hôtel 4 étoiles vieillissant. Chambre avec son âge : le tissu des sommiers est décousu et pends. Le ménage est correct mais le nombre de serviettes est aléatoire : 1 jour 5 complet, et puis 4 le lendemain… petit déjeuner buffet plutôt bien achalandé, sauf quand les touristes d’un bus débarquent en même temps et là c’est la guerre ! Le parking est très compliqué et cher 17€ par jour. Mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture mais pas un transit custom !

Hotel dividido en dos, por un lado, accedes a recepción desde una carretera con mucho tráfico y poco espacio de maniobra. De ahí por un ascensor vas de la planta -3 a la recepción y de la 6 a la 10 y por otro ascensor de recepción bajas a la 5-4-3-2-1 y cero, salida a otra calle, centro de ciudad. Todo esto "muy bien explicado" por el pesonal de recepción, sin comentarios, todos los días te encontrabas a algún cliente perdido en los ascensores. Un lío. Y el parking merece capítulo aparte. Una ratonera en la que entrar y salir es una odisea, y ya no digamos aparcar, un terix. Si tienes el cuñado chapista, te aplaude con las orejas. Decisión personal, y ya había abonado los 4 dias de parking, fue al día siguiente reservar uno a doscientos metros, a pie de calle, cubierto, con buenos accesos y plazas razonables. Si no, me jugaba un golpe o roce cada vez que cogía el coche, y lo movía todos los días.. Eso no se puede vender como párking, no hay espacio ni rampa en condiciones para un coche "normal", como mucho para los más pequeños del mercado. El personal de comedor y limpieza muy agradables y atentos. Las habitaciones amplias.
