It is an atypical old house full of charm that we found for your holiday in Erquy. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, its fisherman's house décor and its large enclosed and tree-lined garden will seduce you.



You enter like artists through the small basement door. You discover a lounge space in a second-hand market atmosphere, with its bench of fold-down seats from an old cinema, very practical for putting on your boots before going to fish for shellfish. On this ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower cubicle, ideal for returns from the beach, as well as an independent toilet with a hand basin.



We take the stairs to reach the living area. The kitchen combines contemporary aesthetics, modern equipment and old family crockery. You'll want to prepare delicious meals for the whole family! For this, you will find an induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer. For breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso-type capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. For added comfort, you can rely on a dishwasher.



We sit down to eat in a dining room with a warm atmosphere, thanks to its refurbished antique wooden furniture and décor evoking a fisherman's cabin. We then come to relax, chat or have coffee in a lounge that maintains this spirit of family furniture, vintage finds and a comfortable sofa.



A bedroom with a King size bed (180/200), a bathroom with shower, as well as an independent toilet complete this level.



On the top floor, a mezzanine under the roof offers 3 sleeping areas. At the back, a bedroom with a Queen size bed and its private bathroom with a large bathtub positioned in the middle of the room. Next, a small children's bedroom offers a bunk bed (for children only) and 2 single beds. A final "cabin" space offers a trundle bed, which can serve as additional sleeping accommodation or a play and relaxation area.



Let's finally talk about the large garden, its trees and hideaways for playing hide-and-seek, its sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and its barbecue for preparing delicious grilled food to enjoy around the wrought iron table.
