Outside: 12 m² terrace, 79 m² private garden Shared by the 4 cottages: indoor heated swimming pool (3.50 m x 7.00 m x 1.20 m) from Easter to All Saints' Day. Poolside restrooms (shower and toilet). 61 m² pool terrace currently being developed. Shared parking area, secured by a gate with a digital code. On the heights of Erquy, just 2 km from the Cap, classified as a Grand Site de France, this property includes 4 spacious and bright gîtes, arranged around a swimming pool, each with a private garden, not overlooked. Each gîte has been beautifully designed, so that you feel at home. This is a truly privileged location for all those who wish to discover the splendid wild beaches of Guen (1.2 km), Portuais and Lourtuais that you can even admire by following the GR 34 which overlooks them. Magnificent panoramas to enjoy, whatever the season! If you like hiking, this is the perfect address to book because the GR 34 is very close, and every year, in May, the Trail de Landes et Bruyères brings together thousands of runners...
