The living room includes a lounge area with sofa and television as well as a dining space. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy to prepare and provides direct access to the terrace and garden.

- 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 single bed 90x190 in the mezzanine bedroom

The property includes 2 shower rooms: one on the lower level with a shower, and another upstairs with shower, washbasin and toilet. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.

The fully enclosed garden of approximately 400 m² is a practical feature during the stay, suitable for outdoor meals and quieter moments after returning from the beach.

The vehicle can be parked in front of the house, making arrivals, departures and beach returns easier.
