Located in Erquy on the heights above Saint-Michel islet, this 75 m² chalet accommodates up to 8 guests. Its location offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to the Montiers and Saint-Michel beaches.
The living area opens directly onto the terrace. It combines a lounge with television, a dining space for 8 guests and an open equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation during the stay.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 main bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 joined together as a double bed 160x200, with adjoining shower room and separate toilet
- 1 bedroom with 2 double bunk beds 140x190
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
A second shower room and a separate toilet complete the property. The garage and utility area includes a washing machine and a second refrigerator, useful for family holidays or stays with friends.
Outside, the south-facing wooden terrace includes garden furniture, a table for all guests, a sun lounger, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. This outdoor space is suitable for extending the day after outings along the coastline.
Parking is available in the courtyard of the property, with space for several vehicles.
From the chalet, guests can reach the Montiers and Saint-Michel beaches, discover the Hôpitaux harbour and enjoy walks towards Saint-Michel islet or Cap d'Erquy. Pets are not accepted.
