Located on the first floor of the Ker Lann residence in Erquy, this 37 m² apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. It provides a practical base for enjoying the town, reaching the coastline and exploring Brittany's Emerald Coast.
The living area combines a lounge with two sofas, coffee table and television with a dining area positioned near the large glass door. The separate kitchen includes a gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.

The shower room includes a shower, vanity unit and mirror. Toilets are separate.
The long balcony is accessed from both the main living area and the bedroom. It includes a table and two chairs. Its view over Erquy town, with the sea in the background, makes it useful for simple meals or a quiet break at the end of the day.
An allocated parking space is located in front of the residence.
Pets are not accepted.
