On the ground floor, the house includes a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area. Two lounges provide different uses: a first relaxation area with armchairs and a desk, followed by a second lounge with two sofas and a coffee table for gathering after days out.

The separate utility room includes a washing machine, a shower area and an independent toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet, together with a second shower room with toilet, make group stays easier to organise.
