In Normandy, in the Pays de Bray region and 25 minutes from Rouen, a private vacation rental for 4 people. Heated pool from April through October. Come stay in this authentic 16th-century dovecote with a breathtaking view of the Héronchelles Valley (part of the Emma Bovary trail). In a very peaceful setting, near the owners’ home, you’ll have access to a 3,000 m² enclosed garden. This cottage has been renovated and designed to preserve the traditional character of the dovecote (exposed beamwork on the second floor, brick walls) while incorporating modern comforts and tasteful decor. Pets are allowed with a “pet” deposit of €50 per stay. A second pet is allowed with the owner’s prior approval. First floor: - open-concept kitchen (glass-ceramic stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer), - dining/living area with a wood pellet stove, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speakers (in each bedroom and in the living room), DVD player, board games. 1st floor: - 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90x200 cm), - bathroom, - separate toilet. 2nd floor: - 1 large master bedroom (1 double bed, 160x200 cm) with flat-screen TV and exposed beams. Large shared garden with the owners, featuring a swing set and a ping-pong table. Private outdoor seating area with a barbecue and lounge chairs at the foot of Le Colombier. An 11-meter-long heated pool shared with the owners, open from April through October, weather permitting.
